I know I've been promising to blog more often but... haha. Nup no time.
I'm actually just procrastinating here. Million and one things to do but noooooooo. This is so typical of me.
You would've thought that since UF2 is over I might have a wee bit more time to myself. But of course not. I  mean when am I ever free. Not that I don't enjoy being busy, of course.
So many things to look forward to!
-Installation!
-Christmas Concert '12
-Choir Competitions
-The (currently-still-under-wraps-but-definitely-happening-soon) Big Project.
Honestly, I am so grateful to have ended up in the most awesome high school ever that is SMK Infant Jesus Convent JB.

Without you.

The world goes round and round,
I stand still, not moving.
Winter was cold and bitter,
Apprehensive and full of fear,
But I was warm with my cosy blanket and hot chocolate.
Spring arrives,
And with her comes all things fresh and new,
Flowers blossoming, grass growing,
And dry winds blowing.
I pull my scarf tighter around me, trying to keep warm, trying to remember the warmth during the cold winter,
But the wind carried my scarf away.
I stand there, cold and alone, watching everything growing,
Hearing the sound of birds chirping,
And the sound of little pattering feet.
I stand watching my scarf riding on the wind,
Enjoying itself while I stayed cold without its warmth.
I stand watching as my scarf disappeared into the distance, yet there was nothing I could do.
And as I stand there,
The days grow hotter,
Summer comes and goes,
And soon brown and crimson leaves fall at my feet.
The world goes round and round,
Yet I stand still, not moving.
Not noticing my surroundings,
Which was beautiful and ever changing.
Not moving on,
while the rest of the world moves on without me.
Refusing to let go,
Living only in the past and not acknowledging the present,
Dwelling only on the cosy winter and the flyaway scarf during spring.
